Concept
The online conference "University of Childhood: Noteworthy Practices" will provide the practitioners, researchers and future preschool educators from different parts of the world with a platform for learning and discussing time-tested approaches, programs and technologies that are well-know and in demand due to their positive impact on the development of young children. Speakers from the UK, Japan, Turkey and Russia will talk about what is most valuable and meaningful in their work. They will explain where the approach or technology they represent can help when working with children, and will try to answer the question of how to become a noteworthy practitioner.

Live discussion with speakers, simultaneous translation, useful materials and conditions for communication and leasure will be provided in the framework of the conference.
Dear friends!

While creating the concept of the conference, our team decided to focus on two areas.

The first is forming trusting relationships with the pupils' parents — and with their family as a whole.

The experience that we all received during the pandemic showed how important mutual understanding, respect, trust between parents and teachers is. The child goes to a kindergarten not on his/her own, but as a representative of the family. It is only through dialogue and cooperation that adults will be able to create a unified developmental environment for children. How to build such relationships, how to open up to parents, overcome situations of misunderstanding and — sometimes — conflict, become real like-minded people?

The second is an event-based (adventure) approach in working with preschoolers.

I am convinced that education that does not evoke positive emotions in a child is not education at all. This is especially true for the youngest children. Let's talk about events and adventures, about how to ensure the comprehensive development and fulfilling life of a child, creating bright and exciting events in co-creation with him/her. As you can see, we are back to the topic of trust, dialogue, cooperation, but this time between adults and children.

I'm sure many of you have made great strides in these directions! Share your searches and noteworthy practices! We will learn from each other and support each other.

I wish you all joyful, inspiring and fruitful work!

The Forest Kindergarten is a long-term program that offers holistic development of a child through play, research and risk-taking happening outdoors. In addition to the love of nature, kids develop creativity, self-confidence, independence and self-esteem as they learn through hands-on experiences in a natural environment.
In this Best Kindergarten, according to UNESCO, it is believed that when children have the opportunity to develop according to "See. Touch. Feel. Think, and Act" principle, this can create conditions for their future success. The kindergarten's Principal will tell you how this is implemented in practice and how everything works in Fuji.
Modern technology that helps solve the problem of lack of movement, play, communication with other children, unjustified protection of kids from encountering difficulties.
We are passionate for knowledge by nature. And this is especially manifested in childhood, when the world around seems huge and unknown. But standardized methods make learning a duty and kill interest. The RYBAKOV PROKIDS program is an attempt to make the pedagogical process individual and exciting for every person.
